I'm Belinda Ingle of Vogue Rocks and I am so excited to be part of the Build A Line Master Class hosted by Brenda Sue Lansdowne of B'sue Boutiques. This is part one of three blog hops I will be participating in. I know this will be a great experience for me, and will also help me grow as a designer. |

I am drawn to fantasy and nature, it takes me back to my childhood when I believed that fairies lived in my backyard. Oh well.... I had to grow up! |
. I am very happy to be a part of this wonderful group of people. I am new to blog hops so bear with me. Here are a few items that I made some time ago. All of us were given an assignment to come up with a theme for our jewelry line, mine is based on my favorite color ((Shades of Purple)). I am so excited to have this opportunity to learn how to create a line of fine hand-crafted jewelry.
- Cameo Jewelry made with black matte beads and chain, All components are from B'sue Boutique, where you go to get the good stuff! :D

I have a little experience in wire-wrapping, these are some necklaces I have made. I hope by the end of this class I will be more focused on where I want to take my jewelry journey. I am hoping to create
a cohesive line featuring five pieces or more of jewelry. Planning pieces is a first for me, for I am one who gets something in my head and then I create it. I have learned quite a bit from our class discussions on different kinds of jewelry. Well I know you have quite a few more blogs to get to so I will say good-bye for now. I appreciate you stopping by, please leave a comment if you have a min. Here is a list of my classmates and their blogs,so scroll down so you may visit each one of them. :) |

ReplyDeleteNice color! Here's a quote I found about purple, hopefully it will inspire you! Happy creating!
ReplyDelete"The color purple is often associated with royalty, nobility, luxury, power, and ambition. Purple also represents meanings of wealth, extravagance, creativity, wisdom, dignity, grandeur, devotion, peace, pride, mystery, independence, and magic."

ReplyDeleteI love that you have been inspired by a color, and I've always admired your use of colour in your work.
It's going to be beautiful.

Such a great idea to base your theme on a color. It opens up so many options!
ReplyDeleteHi Belinda-
ReplyDeleteIts interesting me that people have chosen color to be a theme this year. You have the purple. I am interested in how that will look and what you have in mind for design. The mystery intrigues me! Can't wait to the reveal!
Is your theme "50 Shades of Purple?" It is my very favorite color and I cannot wait to see the outcome!
